the motel had friendly staff. the place is 2.7 miles away from fredericksburg downtown. room was a great value for money. we would definitely come back as the property met all requests.

Beds were nice and the staff was great. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, a refrigerator and ironing facilities inside the double room were handy...
Noisy street, but can't fault the hotel. In a hotel like this - mold is unacceptable.

Deliciuos food for all meals. The location was right by everything we wanted to do. Room met the demands.

Comfortable bed & GREAT breakfast. We stayed right by such popular places as spotsylvania towne centre. Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like Ledo Pizza that was only 5 minutes' walk away.
